Frozen Pineapple Mango Daiquiri
Ingredients
4 ounces white rum
2 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
1 cup fresh or frozen mango
1/4 cup filtered water
1 cup crushed ice
pineapple wedges for garnish
Steps
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide between cocktail glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges. Serve and enjoy!
Topical Rum Slushie
Ingredients
2 cups frozen mango
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave syrup
Juice of one lime
3/4 cup rum
Several ice cubes
Lime slices or mint to garnish
Steps
Add frozen mango, frozen pineapple, maple syrup, lime juice and rum to a blender. Blend on high until everything is combined. Add in a couple ice cubes and blend to your desired slushie texture.
If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of water & blend until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with lime or mint & enjoy!
*Stores well in the fridge for a couple of hours. When ready to serve, blend again with a couple more ice cubes to reach desired slushie consistency.
Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz rum
1 oz rich simple syrup
3/4 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
4 to 5 large strawberries (frozen or fresh)
Garnish: strawberry slices
Steps
Add the rum, rich simple syrup, lime juice and strawberries into a blender with 5 to 6 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Pour into a Margarita glass or wine goblet.
Garnish with an optional edible orchid.
Strawberry Mojitos
Ingredients
2-3 Strawberries
2-3 sprigs of mint leaves
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Rum
(Optional) Top with soda water (flavored)
Steps
Add the rum, rich simple syrup, lime juice and strawberries into a shaker with ice cubes
Shake until chilled
Pour into glass with ice
Garnish with mint leaves
